支付公司POS全国联保。

POS产品:整机保修三年,电池保修一年。

YPOS产品:整机保修六个月,电池保修三个月。

MPOS产品:整机保修一年。

超过保修期,公司提供收费维修。

产品的有效保修凭证含:

《产品保修手册》

本机的有效购机发票(有效购机发票指正规的带有税务局印章的商业销售发票)

产品保修期的计算有以下两种方式:

产品保修期由购机日期起算;当客户同时提供产品保修册及本机有效的购机发票为保修凭证时,产品保修期由开票(购机发票)日期起算。

产品保修期由产品出厂之日(由产品序列号判断)起算;产品出厂之日以本公司提供为准

产品保修服务须知:

在产品;三包;有效期内,正常状态下使用产品而发生的故障,可依据国家的;三包;规定予以维修、更换、退货;在产品保修期内,可依据本保修卡条款在我司客户服务中心享受无偿维修服务。

保修期内,正常状态下使用本产品发生故障时,请将机器和有效保修凭证一同送往我司就近的客户服务中心,享受我司客户服务中心提供的保修服务

以下情况不属于三包和保修范畴,客户服务中心将提供有偿维修服务,具体有偿服务收费标准请向当地客户服务中心咨询:

若未能出示或所出示之产品保修凭证与产品不符或有虚假记录时。

产品或其部件已超出免费保修期。

因电压异常、使用环境不当而导致的故障。

因带电热拔插等误操作而引起的故障。

在运输、搬卸过程中由购买方造成的故障。

未经厂家授权而对产品进行拆卸、修理、改装而造成的故障。

由于未能按操作手册上所写的使用方法和注意事项进行操作而造成的故障。

由于自然灾害等不可抗力(如地震、火灾、雷击等)原因造成的故障。

因使用非厂家认可的电源适配器、电池等而造成的故障。
